Poor Quality for Something Made to Order

I am 5'9" and ordered a size medium, which fit me very well. The pattern is nice. However, I wore the turtleneck once and the seams are already unraveling and there is loose thread everywhere. I had not even washed it before it started falling apart. For the price point, and it being "made to order", I expected higher quality. Will not be ordering from The KIT again.
